Rooms at Hotel Russo Palace are well-maintained and comfortable, making you feel at home during your stay. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches like pillow menus and laptop-compatible safes add an extra level of convenience. As a guest, I truly enjoyed the comfort and attention to detail in these rooms.

While the rooms are fantastic, I personally found the bidets in the bathrooms to be unnecessary. However, I understand that some guests may still appreciate this feature.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the ferry terminal and the easy access to water taxis and bus services. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the option to rent bikes for exploring the island were also great. The staff members, including Sabrina, Lisa, Franca, and Irene. The hotel had a perfect balance of professionalism and hospitality.

I absolutely adored the elegant and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The warm and inviting decoration made me feel right at home, and the beautiful garden added a touch of tranquility to the atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself.

A small suggestion for improvement would be to have more assistance available for senior guests. However, the children working there were still very kind and helpful.
